Sarah Aviram has spent her career in Human Resources and Talent Development leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies as well as in smaller, high-growth technology companies. She has created programs and processes that have helped thousands of people (including herself) to feel more fulfilled in their careers and perform at their best. Sarah has worked remotely from 12 different countries, and her experiences have provided her with insights into challenges and opportunities for professional fulfillment faced by remote workers. She is the author of the book, "Remotivation: The Remote Worker's Ultimate Guide to Life-Changing Fulfillment".

Diana YK Chan

Diana is a dynamic Career Coach, Speaker and Trainer. She empowers ambitious professionals to own their greatness with confidence to shine and differentiate as top talent and leaders. Mei Ouw

Mei has delivered over 6000 hours in coaching and facilitating group processes and has worked across all levels of leadership and primarily focuses on C suite and Executive teams.

With a background in psychology, Mei has an in-depth understanding of human behaviour and works with clients to develop their behavioural flexibility and thinking, allowing them to see new perspectives and therefore creating more innovative and effective leadership solutions.

Her insightful and direct approach adds a fresh perspective to situations, making her sought after in the leadership space.

Dr. Nicole Tschierske

Sunitha Vikram

Sunitha comes from a dynamic background with a vast amount of international experience. Her strong academic track record led her to dive headfirst into her professional journey which spans over two decades in divergent industries.

Her experience of Senior Leadership roles has given her a deep conviction of the urgent need for dialogue around women’s empowerment having had an up-close and personal view on the struggles of women in the workplace, especially into the Leadership pipeline.

Sunitha feels the need to build a sisterhood to help first identify, and then overcome self-limiting beliefs and narratives around current women’s leadership perspectives.

Emma Wainer

Emma Wainer has 15 plus years’ experience in coaching communication skills in the private and public sectors. She is able to draw on skills developed in clinical practice as a Speech and Language Therapist, in Sales and Marketing in Global Pharmaceuticals, from being Director of Operations at an Event Management Company and crucially, from her MA in Voice Studies from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, providing her corporate clients with cohesive and relevant training and coaching.

Kate Williamson

Kate’s industry career began in polymers and coatings, where she worked in R&D and product development roles at GMP sites in the US and the Netherlands for 5+ years. Driven to help people personally, she established Scientech Resumes, a career management firm that works exclusively with STEM professionals worldwide.

Her former industry experience makes her a strategic partner to STEM professionals looking to communicate their unique value, credibility, and expertise to prospective employers. Kate is one of a few career management professionals with specialized resume writing credentials in engineering, science, and IT. She also has a Master’s in applied chemistry.
